Is there a fee for learning new music?
If you desire a song outside of our repertoire then there will be a $25 fee per musician for practice/rehearsal time to ensure quality for your Ceremony.
Can a friend or family member sing/play a song(s) at my Ceremony?
We welcome your friend or family member who you wish to share their gift of music for your Ceremony. We typically arrive to rehearse an hour before the Ceremony. There will be no charge if they
can rehearse with us then. If a separate rehearsal is needed due to your additional musician, then there will be a $30 fee per musician attending the separate rehearsal.
Do you attend the Wedding Rehearsal?
It is rare that we would attend your Wedding Rehearsal. We cannot run through music or sound checks while you are in the middle of your rehearsal. Plus the place where you are getting
married usually blocks time just for the rehearsal, not time before or after for musicians. We arrive a good hour before the Ceremony to ensure everything is ready for your special
day.
What are your Booking Terms?
We must receive your signed agreement and a 20% deposit to officially book your event. Full payment is due by the Wednesday before the event date.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Personal Checks, Cashier's Checks, Cash, and PAYPAL.
Can you hold my date?
Unfortunately we do not hold dates for prospective clients. The only way to secure your booking is for us to receive your singed agreement & deposit.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
You may cancel in writing for a full deposit refund up to 6 months prior to your event. If you cancel within 6 months of your event your deposit is non-refundable. You do have the option
to transfer your booking to another date no later than 6 months past your original event date.
