GENERAL PROCESS:
After reading through the package details and watching our videos, we set up a quick call to reveiw, go over any questions and disucsss your Wedding.
When deciding to move forward, we email our Agreement to review and then pay the $200 Deposit with Venmo or CC through our website to offically book the event.
FAQ:
What are your Booking Terms?
We must receive your signed agreement and $200 deposit to officially book your event. Full payment is due by the Wednesday before the event date. (Deposit comes off the total
due)
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Venmo, Checks, Cash, and Credit Card through our website on the CONTACT Page.
Can you hold my date?
Unfortunately we do not hold dates for prospective clients. The only way to secure your booking is for us to receive your singed agreement & deposit.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
You may cancel in writing for a full deposit refund up to 6 months prior to your event. If you cancel within 6 months of your event your deposit is non-refundable. You do have the option to
transfer your booking to another date no later than 6 months past your original event date.
